The Eiffel Tower
The Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower is a timeless icon that’s adored the world over. Chances are, you know your Paris itinerary needs it for two main reasons: because it towers over the entire city and to take in all of its beauty from elevated heights. There are a couple of things we’ve found to be even more thrilling than finding out what this icon represents history-wise or how many people have scaled up each year since its construction back in 1889. One of them is standing at the base of this monument, making sure, not one millimetre is spared by your sightlines as they sweep 360 degrees around you—grazing everything from Notre Dame Cathedral to Sacre Coeur Basilica…to just about every other significant landmark.

The Louvre
The Louvre

From French Kings to world-renowned art, the Louvre is both a fashion story and an inspiration. Explore Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa (and then snap selfies with it). Figure out how that not-so-little pyramid in the courtyard was built. And when you're done, head upstairs to broaden your cultural horizons in Paris's city of light.

Walk Along The Champs-Elysees
Walk Along The Champs-Elysees

Next time you’re in Paris, take some time to experience one of the most iconic streets around. From fresh macarons to museums like Louvre and Musée D’Orsay, walk all the way up past Notre Dame for a view of that thing everyone talks about, or head straight home with souvenirs from Laduree along your new favourite street.

Arc De Triomphe
Arc De Triomphe

Imagine the colours, the people, the food, and the rich history. Now imagine it all in a crisp panorama you can see from up in your 360-meter high “Arc de Triomphe” vantage point. Keep updating your social media with pictures of foreign artifacts and local lingo so everyone back home will be jealous when they call to check in on you -- how's that for presidential?

Ile De La Cite
Ile De La Cite

Ile De La Cite is the only place where you can experience Paris as it was hundreds of years ago. Hike through the winding streets and fisherman's villages, bypassing buzzing tourists traps. Embark on a legendary treasure hunt and come face to face with an island rich in history and beauty.

Pont Neuf
Pont Neuf

Pont Neuf - the oldest bridge in Paris. When you're on this bridge, it feels like time has slowed down just enough to be able to notice everything around you. Looking out from Pont Neuf is a mix of future and past that nothing can compare with. You'll see the Notre-Dame Cathedral's flying buttresses, the river Seine rolling along at your feet, and overlooking all of it...the Eiffel Tower!

Notre Dame Cathedral
Notre Dame Cathedral

You don't have to be a Parisian to feel like royalty when you cross the threshold of this imposing Gothic chapel. Tourists from all over the world visit Notre Dame Cathedral, passing through its lofty doors for an unforgettable experience. Reaching 177 feet in height, you can appreciate what is called "the most beautiful work of man" by people who stroll about the cathedral grounds and soak up its atmosphere while snapping pics of gargoyles or admiring colourful stained-glass windows. Entering the vaulted nave with its breathtakingly high painted ceiling and wood sculpture, stained glass windows are on display hung astronomically high overhead on columns where late afternoon light warms their colours before spilling into the surrounding shadows below them—well worth climbing inner stairs.

Sainte Chapelle
Sainte Chapelle

Coming to Paris without making it to Sainte Chapelle is like only visiting the Louvre and not gazing at Michelangelo's "David"–you're missing out on one of Europe's most beautiful memories. When you first walk inside, you'll gasp in awe as your eyes take in all the vibrant colours that fill every pane of glass. You'll then spend hours walking through its labyrinth-like interior worshiping beauty after beauty, whether it's stained glass windows telling stories different from those told by Notre Dame or beautifully carved wood ceilings staring down at you–both are indicative of what was once a royal palace. Once outside, let your possessions be less important than history as you buy souvenirs for loved ones back home who couldn't.

Place De La Concorde
Place De La Concorde

The Place de la Concorde, once quickly changing into an empty roundabout during the Revolution era, has now transformed to become a gathering spot for Parisians. The modern reconfiguration of this open space creates a meeting point unlike any before.

Versailles
Versailles

When you visit the Palace of Versailles, there is a feeling that this was once where kings and queens really lived. You will be able to witness how these oldest symbols of French history were built for French royalty. We know how important pomp and luxury are to any king or queen, it's unlike anything you've ever seen before - except in your dreams. And it even comes complete with one totally underrated feature: elevators! So bring all your courtiers along because you're about to make some serious waves at the Palace of Versailles!
